John Mulvey

Chief Financial Officer

John joined the Society in March 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and joins us from Melton Mowbray Building Society, where he was the Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director for 10 years. He is a Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified at KPMG, working within their financial services team auditing banks and building societies.

His role at the Society involves leading the finance and treasury functions, with responsibility for financial and regulatory reporting, and managing the Society’s liquidity, funding and capital positions. He chairs the Assets and Liabilities Committee.
