Bank of England Base Rate

What has changed?

On Thursday 7 November 2024, the Bank of England lowered the base rate by 0.25% from 5.00% to 4.75%.

How does this affect you?

Savings

We have reviewed our savings rates which will be changing from 29 November 2024, our future rates are available to view below.

Interest rates for savers

Mortgages

From 4 December 2024 we will be reducing our Standard Variable Rate and Homeowner Variable Rate mortgages, and our BTL Basic Variable Rate and Landlord Variable Rate mortgages, by 0.25%. If your mortgage account is affected, we will write to you to let you know your new interest rate and what your monthly payments will be.
