H&R Online
Managing your account online
H&R Online is our digital platform for our savings customers to manage their account online. It’s designed to be easy to use and has a range of features that we hope you will find useful.
To use this online service, please click the link below to begin registration. Please note, to complete the registration process you will need a verification code which we will send to you via post within five working days. You will not be able to view any account information until you have entered this code and completed the necessary security checks.
Registration steps
• Enter your details – Name, Date of Birth & Postcode
• Enter your email address, create a Password & Memorable word
• Activation code received by email, enter the code to activate (Stage 1)
• Wait for verification code letter to arrive in the post – This can take up to working 5 days
• Letter received, sign in to enter verification code, click verify (Stage 2)
• Enter Bank details (subject to account T&Cs)
• Verification complete

Logging into H&R Online
- Passwords must be between 8-20 characters and contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number and one special character. No spaces should be used.
- Memorable word must be between 8-20 characters with no spaces or special characters.
- The Activation Code sent to the registered email address expires in 24 hours.
- If you have forgotten your username, on the main log in page click ‘Forgot my Username’ and enter your email address. An email containing your username will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
- If you have forgotten your password, on the main log in page click ‘Forgotten my password’ and enter your email address. An email which will enable you to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
- For joint accounts, each individual will need to register separately with a unique email address for online access.
