Changing your repayment method
If you are thinking about changing your repayment method, you will need to contact us to discuss it.
We will need to review your current mortgage and affordability before approving any changes.
Please note that if you are looking to change from a Capital and Interest mortgage to an Interest-only mortgage, you will need to have a suitable mortgage repayment vehicle in place. This is a method agreed with us for repaying the capital at the end of the mortgage term.
