Lost or stolen passbook

Your passbook is needed for all withdrawals and may be requested by the Society at any time.

If your passbook has been lost or stolen, please use the contact details below to tell us immediately so that we can make sure your account isn’t used without your authority.

Once we have checked your identity, we will cancel your lost passbook and send a new one to your registered address.
